Returns + Exchanges
If you would like to make a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase by sending an email to email@example.com with all your order details. We will then organize your return, exchange, refund, or credit note. Kindly note that we do not cover return shipping charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with its tags. Please let us know if you received an item as a gift, or if the item you would like to return is defective or damaged.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Kindly note that we cannot refund you but we can offer you store credit for your next purchase. Thank you for your understanding.
